Anthony Karbhari

Growing up in a family that loved cinema had such immense side effects on young Luke Sydney that he had become a filmmaker even before he knew it. Years later, armed with a Masters in MassCom, Luke picked up the basics of his craft working with underwater photographer Anup J. Kat. He forayed into advertising when he started working with Gemma and Joel Fonseca in Mumbai where he learnt the crooked ways of the industry. 

Luke then went on to start up out on his own with two other friends. FiguredItOut Films. Poured all his love for filmmaking and his hometown into a much loved short film called ‘Mangalore - The Sky and the Sea.’ When not shooting, he’ll probably be found wolfing down country chicken and neer dosas in hinterland Mangalore.
